Need help with heated seat switch

I have a 01 Aurora and I need to replace the driver side heated seat switch.
The passengers side works, but the drivers side light goes on and right back off.
So I was going to just swich them around, but Im having a tough time trying to get to them.:banghead:

Any help on this matter would be GREAT!

I am having this same problem. Did you solve yours??
