iac and maf

Hi fellas, and ladies, I'm new to this forum, I'm my brother's mechanic and this is the type of car he drives, so my first question that yall might be able to answer is how do I clean the maf, there's a screen over it, and I can't get it off, and the iac, do I need to unbolt the whole thing from the intake, or is just spraying cleaner in there sufficient?
