'04 Dak: Replacement of instrument cluster light bulb

I've got a burned out bulb in my '04's instrument cluster and wondering how to get to it.

By the by, has anyone done an LED swap? I did it on my old Jimmy and would appreciate any info on it if you've got it. Thanks!
