Just wondering what type of paint you like using for the bodies of cars (models)?

I myself use Tamiya acrylic and don't really like using Tamiya Spray cans due to I like using my airbrush.

Soooo:o I would like to know what you great and talented modlers like to use and why because I'm considering making a switch. To what I don't know yet.

Duplicolor. The regular cans of paint cost about the same as the truck/van/suv paint. Either way I can paint about 5 models with a can because of how their nozzle is designed.

Only problem is stripping the stuff takes forever.

While I love my airbrush and the ability to mix/paint special colors with it, I am much happier when I'm building any model that I can use Tamiya TS sprays. The stuff is incredible, fast, and I don't have to clean up the airbrush. I use the airbrush now for interior/chassis/detail work more than anything. I do use the airbrush for Black Gold or Testors exterior colors, Testors enamels mix easily and spray easily, but I don't like the fact it never seems to completely dry-touching the body too much leaves it sticky. My last Testors paint job I clearcoated w/Gunze Mr. Topcote, which worked beautifully, and the paint dries as hard as automotive paint. Oh, and I've found that Tamiya TS Clear works great on airbrushed Black Gold paint. I can't stand their clear, it never works right for me.

I'm using automotive colors. I can get it in any color or shed I like in auto color shop and use it with my airbrush.
They dry fast and they are very god for use.
