Blower motor

The blower motor in my 2000 kia sportage is not blowing out. What could the possible problem be?

I understand it does not blow because it does not rotate......and I understand, at ANY speed....

shown that highspeed bypasses the resistor pack...so that leaves us with the fuse, the motor itself, corroded connector....
