Urgent

Hi, im facing a problem with my gear. I have 3s-ge engine, the thing is that my transmission is due to gulf specifications and it has a very long gear ratio. I sincerely ask what to do in order to get a shorter gear ratio. Ps: if it is a matter of changing the gearbox, please tell me it's number.
