'02 Lancer Oz engine swap

I have an '02 Lancer OZ and I want to swap the stock engine for a JMD 4G63 turbo engine. Is it worth it? And if so, how would I swap the engine myself? I can get an engine hoist but how do I unbolt the old engine and unconnect all the wires, Then rebolt and reconnect the new engine?
