drum to disc rear brakes

I have a 2003 cavalier LS sport 2 dr.

first off finding anything for this car is a pain, but I am interested in converting the rear to disc brakes. anyone know of good sites etc. and also any kits out there for this application?? :runaround:

and theres others but cant think of them.

Gonna be shocked when you see how nice the car will stop...

I've got BAER Decala cross drilled and slotted rotors with HAWK HPS pads up front, and Stillen Drilled rotors with Hawk HPS pads out back. Stops on a dime.
