Dash Lights

I have a 98 Elantra that has no dash lights. It does have the main lights (blue high beam, red brake light) but no lights behind the speedometer, fuel gauge, shifter lever, and heater controls. Fuses all seem to be fine. Anyone have any idea of what could be the problem? It's dark going to work and coming back. It's pretty aggrevating. Any leads in the right direction would be a great help.

Sounds like a dimmer switch.
