Should i go with the fog lights??

I have a set of Pilot Driving lights on the front and i think theyre pretty well placed. I have a set of Pilot Fog lights that i got from a friend theyre about 1-2in. tall and about 2-3in. wide and i need to know if i should install them. If i do put them in i want to attach them to the bumper right where the factory fog lights would go. What do you guys think???
