Assassin's Creed

Anyone checked out/ seen this game yet? I think it looks pretty frikin sweet. Im gonna have to get it pronto for the 360. It comes out on the 13th, and it comes with high reviews. From what I have read this game is very historically accurate. Also, unlike many games (accept Oblivion) the commoners, or people not neccesarily related to gameplay, are interactive with Altair. From talking to accidentely bumping into them, anything can result in a brawl. I have also read that other people, besides the one you are interacting with, will react to you actions. Thus, If your an ass to one civilian, the other may come to there aid. Cannot wait! Here is a link to the game.

Yea I love first person fighting games tho (diablo, diabloII, Oblivion, God of War I and II - beat both in one night each) so that why this looks awesome to me. Plus the graphics are pretty sweet.

Yea Crysis does look sick, but PC games are not gonna work for me right now. My new vaio crashed and thats my gaming computer. I can barely play AOE 1 on this POS laptop.

I'm looking forward to Assassins Creed. Looks to be a really fun game. I myself am heavily addicted to any of the Total war games in the franchise. Something about leading thousands of pixel men into glorious combat is lifting!

I preordered it after school today at Best Buy. I dont know too much about companies bumping back release dates but if it happens now ill have to tweak. I know the PC game got bumped to early 08, but seeing as this game is due for release in 9 days I think im safe.

The commercial I saw today said it comes out the 14th. Guess I should have seen the difference between the UK and here.

Well I'm really pissed...I went to go buy it today for my PS3 and they said it dosent come out until tomorrow.

Finally played it today for about a good 2hrs. The story line had me sort of confused at first as you are actually a person from the present day who is an ancestor of the mass assassin. A doctor some how takes you back in time to take the role of the mass assassin to obviously kill people. With how far I was able to get, literally half my time was spent listening to people talk which became boring in a few spot, but started to build a strong yet complicated story line. The controls are some what confusing as well because there are so many ways to do one thing. For example there are about 4 different ways you character can move like walk slow, walk, jog, sprint, and you can also climb. The cool thing is that each one can effect you like how much attention you get. Basically if you walk slow no one will notice anything but if you start climbing a wall people will almost start to freak out and start to make random comments about you. Now to the best part which is the fighting. There are many different moves you can do but my favorite is using the concealed dagger and being able to sneek up on guys to make an easy kill. The sword fighting is also cool but if you have to many guys attacking you, or you just suck, it wont take long for you to die. I feel this game should become even better as the story is starting to develop and cant wait to find out what will be next to happen.

I also have put much time into this game so far. airFS has pretty much covered some of the cool things of the game, but once again I enjoy the graphics. Playing this game on the 54" is absolutly amazing. This game makes me wonder how interactive games will be in 5 or 10 years. Amazing.
