Questions from a non sunfire/cav. guy

So im on the verge of purchasing a 97 sunfire gt for a winter beater it has 270xxx kms on it and i was wondering if you floks could give me any advise as pontiential problems or things i should really have a good look at prior to handing over the cash on such a vehicle? ie. prevlent problems in similar situations?

She passed an etest 6 months ago an im sure all it needs for cert is a rear strut and a pair of tag lights.
