While trying to swap ecu's in a 95 civic from the original, to the one for a 1.8 integra motor, i realized the plugs don't match up. So i was wondering if anyone knew if there were any harness converters out there?

Yup, there are quite a few companies that sell conversion harnesses out there. You just need to figure out what OBD the ecu is for (OBD0, OBD2A, or OBD2B), then search for OBD1 to OBDX conversion harness (replace X with correct #).
