i have a 97 sunfire, its a 2 door and the doors are sagging now and hard to open and close. i know on the older cavaliers you could change the door pins and bushings but i was told that on these cars you had to change the whole hinge. i know that it looks like a different system than the older cavaliers. i went to napa auto parts and they sold me some of the old style pins and bushings but i dont think it will work. i told the guy about the changing of the hinge thing and he said he never heard that and they didnt sell them. what can i do to fix my doors? if anybody knows i would be very happy.:screwy:

whole new hinge assembly. The pins cannot be swapped out. Tell the guy at NAPA to not to sell parts if he isn't sure that they will work properly. I will not sell a part to a customer if i am not 100% sure it will work for em.
