VW cabriolet 1990 timing points lost

:banghead: hey everybody , i would just like to know if anybody can help by telling me or sending me a diagram of the timing marks of my 1990 VW!! im really desperate because i cant find them myself! any help would be appreciated! thx for your replys!!
