Front Driver Side Blinker

I am having trouble replacing the Front left blinker on my 96 buick riviera. I can't get to the bulb to replace it. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

did you pull the fender cover out? ive never replaced a blinker on a riv before but thats how i would go about doing it. since the lens is held in from behind. you can probably access the plug and bulb from the fender.
