Need mIRC help, urgent!!!

OK, I've downloaded mIRC, from different servers. version 5.91 to e exact. Anyway, this happened in both my pc and my parents' pc. I run setup, and when the blue bar reaches 100%, the operation just completely stalls. But I can still "end task" it and close it from there. All other programs are running perfectly. I'm befuddled. Got any ideas/explanations/solutions?
