i was driving and when i went slow i heard clanking and then the front tires (front wheel drive car) locked up, even in neutral the tires would not rotate and the brakes were not locked neither
not too long ago its been hard to shift into reverse, sometimes i have to slam it into reverse and i feel the entire car shake/rattle and make a big clunking noise
Can I fix this or does anyone know what it could be?

I would check the clutch first. If the hydraulic clutch master or slave cylinder goes bad, it acts like its not disengaging. you could have had a bucking/clanking when you came to a stop, and that would also describe the shake when you put it in reverse.
But the bad news is (since you described the wheels not moving in neutral) is that I think its a busted tranny. Often times when its that bad there is no fix, its just time to replace it.

Weird thing is about the wheels turning is that it wasnt working when it completely locked all the gears and front tires
But last time i started it, i got it to move forward and backward and i put the front end on jacks and put it in first
Both tires were moving, passenger side much much faster than driver side

The tires spinning at different rates is perfectly normal. That's the job of the differential.

So should I replace my clutch or inspect it to see if there is anything touching that shouldn't be touching?
Or what would you recommend
