my instument bezel and climate control lights are not working. ive replaced the switch 3 times and i have power to the back of the bezel and power to the dimming switch and headlights all fuses are fine. what else is there that is causing my instument lights to not work. at one point they came on a few minutes after i turned the lights on but now they dont come on at all. is there a relay or something.ive even tryied to bypass the switch and run the power to the headlight switch. what the hell is the deal here

According to the Haynes manual, is looks like your panel dimmer switch actually provides the ground for the lighting system, you said you have power to the dimmer switch, maybe it's diode is bad or it is not giving you a good ground. If it's a 1995 look at electrical drawing 12-46 in the manual. good luck let us know what you find.
