JDM Front end conversion, CIVIC? or CRX?

Okay, now i wanna do a JDM Front End Conversion for my Civic Hatch, and i was wondering if i should put the Civic front end or the CRX fornt end..... Some may say its not possible to put the CRX front end on a Civic, BUT! I do know that on USDM Civics, to put a CRX Bumper on all you have to do is get fenders, corner lights, the filler piece and the actual bumper.... Well, if this is true, then i can put the CRX SIR front end on my Hatch because it comes with all these parts PLUS the rest (i.e. hood, headlights, cornerlights, etc...).........
Well, I am thinking of putting the CRX on my Hatch because it looks cooler and its a lil more uniqe..... cause i've not seen a Civic with a CRX front end......
Here's a link to what both look like:
http://jdmpartz.com/weeklyspecial.html
Oh, and how much should i expect to pay for the whole front end? cause i know a bunch of u have this....

Man I'm gonna make your day!! That is a BMS Racing Evo-Optik Front Spoiler. The car in the pic is a UK spec EE8 MK2 CRX VT, equivalent to the JDM EF8 siR, but with a few less goodies.
I think it’s a German company. http://www.bms-racing.de/modules.php?op=modload&name=news&file=article&sid=105&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0
Right that’s my good deed for the day, I can sleep easy now ;)

What’s more if your German aint up to scratch go to my website and paste the page you want translated into the translator. Make sure to change the translator to German ~ English. Now who da man? ;) Good luck with the conversion, a CRX front would look sweet on a Civic, I can never tell the difference in my rear view mirror most of the time.

I need some of those decals.
J/P man;) SiR front end would look pretty tight on your car. You could use setantas to compare seeing as his car is also black.

Its gonna take about $3-4 grand... If you want to it right... The front end will cost about $800 shipped then a good paint job will run $2500-4000.... :( I got the front end sitting in my basement... Just begging for some paint and a nice home on my car... I am almost there to have enough for the paint job... You have a black car tho so it might be easier to blend....

Yea, nothing more beautiful than a black car when its clean, but it gets dirty with a quickness.
A great aspect about black cars though is you can use that turtle wax color match shit and it will fill in any scratches really well. They have the color match wax for other colors, but I dont really trust em when they say it "blends with all shades of blue"

IF you get a SIR Carbon FIber Hood, and SIR Lights, isn't that basically all you need if you put an aftermarket front bumper?
91 CRX is in question?
The side fenders should be the same.....
Thanks...

If I get a SIR Hood and SIR headlights, isn't this all I need?
The fenders should be the same, am I right?
Not worried about the SIR bumper b/c I have the RS bumper I can modify.

I think you might have to modify your stock fenders slightly but yes, I do believe that you can use the same fenders.
And yes, AF has been having server problems for a while now. They say they are working on it, but pretty much it has its good days and its bad.

How's everything? How's the whip? Did you get that B16 in?
My car's running fine now. Had some falking problems one after the other which pissed me off. Alternator went, clutch falked up, and to top it off my oil pan was crushed by falking construction. But everything is taken care of as of RIGHT NOW...phew...now back to moding...trying to get a hold of CTR cams, b/c I'm going to cross over to the darkside pretty soon and CTR are good cams for that.
Upgraded the clutch to a 6 puck with a 12 lbs ACT flywheel....
whoooooooaaaaa, it feels ggggREAT!
