Is this a leak?

I just bought a 2000 Town Car with 51K. I watched for leaks under the car and saw nothing for the 1st week. Last night I noticed a small puddle of clear water on the driveway on the passengers side at the rear portion of the enging compartment.Can't really see exactly where it is coming from and have not had the car on a lift. If I turn the heat on full blast, the dripping increases dramatically. It is clear like water, no odor, and cool to the touch. Could this be condensation? Should I rush the car back to the dealer? What could it be? thanks......

Hello, sounds like its just condonsation from the A/C. But I would look at the coolant level and see if its full. Also, so if sombody before you put straight water in the coolant system instead of antifreeze. If so then you might be leaking. Also check the passenger side floor board. Pull the carpet back if nessessary and see if its wet or damp. If so it might be a heater core. And finnaly I would go back to the dealership where you got it to inform them of your problem/results...
