Now here's an example of jealousy and hatred (and an ounce of stupidity) at its very best I think. :disappoin

What I really love here is the fact that on the main screen of the website the author proves his ignorance - see below:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v482/Peloton25/McLaren%20F1%20E/52b0badb.jpg
In the picture above, on the right, is a McLaren F1 VIN# SA9AB5ACXS1048038. It was legally imported under the DOT Show and Display program. Whether or not it was legally certified by EPA is unknown.
The car on the left is a Pagani Zonda VIN# ZA9C820C10SF76010. This car was illegally imported by/or for Wyclef Jean. It is illegally in the US. There is no DOT or EPA program to certify the car. Both DOT and EPA investigators as well as US Custom (DHS) officials know the car is here illegally. This picture was taken at the home of William Dan Kennedy in Scottsdale, AZ.
... by not even being wise enough to tell the difference between a Ferrari Enzo and a Pagani Zonda. :screwy: Priceless really... :grinyes:
But they have all the facts, right? :shakehead :nono:
In case it gets changed on the website (and I assume that it will now that I have brought it up) I went ahead and preserved a screenshot for posterity:

Very interesting - Did he post anything on this forum? He - whoever 'he' is - seems to be on a one-man crusade to expose the rich car collector who imports cars / owns imported cars and point out that, as far as he is concerned, the cars are here illegally and he feels the need to make the relevant authorities aware :screwy:. You are right though, not knowing his Zonda's from his Enzo's doesn't give his website any credibiltiy at all, and by the looks of it he needs all the help he can get! ;)

Despite any shred of positive intentions the site may suggest, it seems to me to be a sour attempt at exposing cars that may or may not be here in the USA illegally. I see it as an attempt at self-policing a practice that is quite rare - and really, for the benefit of who or what if these owners were punished or these cars were forced to leave?
Suggestions that fees have not been paid, tests have not been passed and forms have not been signed - is this really such a plague on our country that someone must create a website about it? It hardly registers in my view. The fact that this person trolls the internet looking for random photos to expose these grave injustices is really rather weak in my opinion as well.
Surely there must be a more worthy cause deserving of this person's efforts?
The sad thing is, at one point in their life this person was probably a car enthusiast like us. I predict that something unpleasant occurred in their life and they are unable to let it go, or see past it. It has changed them into a spiteful and vengeful person.
My :2cents:

Really strange. At first I thought he was trying to explain loopholes on how to get cool, but normally illegal cars in the US, but then it started to get a negative undertone... weird hobby :screwy:

And wow - the main page of the site has been updated - right on cue. :lol2:
They must have figured out how to Google 'Zonda' and 'Wyclef Jean' now.
As I suspected, the website owner must be watching very closely here. Any minute now he'll create a fake username and post about the great service his website offers this nation and the travesty that are the crimes being commited against society with these infractions. :uhoh:

Anyone notice this?
This is a McLaren #XP4. This McLaren belongs, or did belong, to Larry Blair. This is a picture of the car with dealer plates. Dealer plates avoid taxes and passing emission tests.
http://graymarketcars.com/gpage.html
Anyone know if this is true?
He also needs to read up on some of the threads here, especially considering that 068 isn't even in the US anymore....

Given the inaccuracies on the rest of the site, I'm willing to believe that the XP4 info is wrong too

Do they service cars there or is the car up for sale??? I'd be curious to see what the asking price would be considering how much #014 went for in just okay condition.
