CRXB16 vs. 2000Typer black

Well he comes up to me at the light and must have seen the DOHC VTEC emblem in the back and decided to run. The light goes and Im out in front. I burnt him all tha way to 3rd gear at about 65mph where he slowly began to catch up and pull away. He burnt me after that, but damn. I had him for a while and my b16 is pretty much stock besides intake and exhaust. I cant wait til the typer throttle body and intake manifold are on. I will also have an s1 tranny(much shorter gears than my ls ) and 200hp axles to work with. That should be much more fun.

which b16 u got? jus base one from the si? or j-spec? type r's pull like crazy up top, my buddies 2001 one...sheesh...u gotta love them tho:ylsuper

Let us know how you're upgrades work out. Sounds like you can make good use of them.

I have a 1st gen JDM B16 with an LS tranny. Stock besides intake and exhaust. My axles have blown apart CV boots and the drivers side radius arm is a bit bent. I shouldnt be racing let alone driving it like this , but I have to get to work somehow and I cant resist the opp to race a Type-r. All will be fixed and upgraded with TYPER manifold and throttle body by march. When he sees me on the road again He wont know what hit him.
