how much is this truck worth?

I am taking out the engine from my truck and putting it into my nova! How much should i ask for for the rest of the truck? Theres no rust. Also the tail gate goes down but hits the bumper. Thanks in advance for the advice.

I presume it has a 5.7 liter engine? Is it running right now? You don't mention what year the truck is ('90-93??). From its stance, I would guess it has 4wd. Those 5.7 liter engines are a dime a dozen.

Without engine, $750-1000 I'd imagine. With the engine (and running), I can see an easy $2500-3000, maybe a little more as I don't know the California market. Of course, that's based on it being a '90-93.

If I were you, I'd work the numbers and see which way I came out ahead.
