B18CR Turbo Motor

Alright, I have a B18C-R motor in my 1996 Civic DX, and Im wanting to put a Drag Gen3 Turbo on the motor. My plan is to purchase everything I need at once. Im going to be getting some JE Pistons w/ 9.0/1 Compression, and some Eagle or Crower Rods... And also a thick head gasket. I want to run 20-25 psi on the motor...

Could I ask for some help on things I would need to do since I dont know a hella lot about Turbo's.... I would really apprecieate all of the help (ie. Stand Alone Fuel Managment systems, Ignition, etc...) Thanks a lot...
