Hey guys, i'm new to this part of AF. Some of you may recognize me from the car modelling forum. Just a few questions before i am on my way chopping. What programs do you all use? Are any of them free downloads from somewhere? Thanks.

Welcome to this part of AF. I think most of us here use Photoshop 6.0, which is not free. Educational copies can be found though, just ask and I am sure someone can help you. ;)
I think some may even use Paintshop Pro, which can be download to use for like 30 days. But I have founf photoshop to be better.

I think PS 7 has 30 day downloadable trial not 100% sure on that though

The full version is on Zazaa apparently.
