i have a silver 97 civic ex and i was wondering if i can push my antenna down into its black base. because my friends eg got his antenna t ogo all the way down and mine will go down all the way and then stop about 3 inches from the base i was wonderin if i can push it further idk i need some advice

It should go all the way down into the base. If it doesn't, you might want to spray a little bit of WD-40 on the antenna to free it up.
