Muffler for 01 SE

Any suggestions on a muffler for an 01 Taurus SE. My muffler developed a leak and the pipes are like new. I am having a hard time locating a muffler to fit as the original does and don't want to pay the $425 for one from ford. I found a Walker on the web that fits like the original but can't find a retail dealer in Canada or US.

Any muffler shop should be able to put a turbo muffler on for around 50 bucks

Have you looked on www.partsamerica.com (http://www.partsamerica.com) to see what they have to offer? The muffler for mine is like $30 and for that I'll eat the $50 or whatever it is cost to have it welded on and some pipe cut to fit.

Speaking of mufflers... Does the 05 taurus with the Vulcun motor use a 2 1/4" pipe? I was going to put a high flow cat and a different muffler on mine, but wasn't sure of the size that I need. It looks like the muffler is a 2 1/4 I/O offset inlet/offset outlet muff, but I wasn't sure.
