95 SLS stereo problem

I had cartoys install a dvd player and they also pulled the cables for the subs and amp to the trunk..I tried to connect it to the subs and amp and the whole car just shuts down..I cant roll the windows down, cant start the car..can't do anything really..It loses power I guess. Any idea on how I would fix this..thanks.:)
