Moulding damage parts...??

Hi
I am in the process of starting ther planning (!) my next project - hasegawa Ford Focus 1999 Safari Rally winner garage scen diorama
I would like to show the team removing damage fenders and the such and the "new" parts ready to put in.
In ideas on how to mould damage peices from the good ones as well general instructions on moulding any way.

after some thought...
i think if you took like a hair dryer or something hot (tip of a glue gun) and melted it a lil and warped it it would look damaged...like hold the heat near the bottom of the fender untill it ripples to make it looke like it hit something...
but u gotta be careful not to melt the ENTIRE fender

Some are from the Tamiya pitcrew set (1/24) for my brabham diorama
The rally car diorama (all 1/20) tamiya campus friends and Fujima garage set and driver sets

It could be done this way but I dont think with will look very realistic, the bend parts will have more like curves in them rather then sharp bends from a crash.

The guy gives full instructions on different ways of doing it, when u look at the last option you can see how realistic you can make it look by doing it that way.
