1995 transport tire jack

I would really appreciate if someone could tell me where the location of the tire jack is on this vehicle. Also it looks as though the spare tire is lowered from the back of the vehicle but where is the mechanism that lowers it? Thanks in advance

THe jack is located behind the right side pouch at the rear, just by the tailgate opening. . There is a slider at the top allowing to pull the pouch out.
Then use the jack driver to access a hole hidden by tailgate and rotate to lower the tire.

The mechanism can go haywire and was subject to a recall because of failure of wire could let the spare tire drop loose on the road.....this is replaced as a complete unit.
I do not know if you have a full size spare but there is room for it rather than the idiot contraption.
