1996 GMC Safari

:banghead: After replacing a fuel pump, the battery drains, the speedom doesn't work,{key left on battery went dead over nite} so it was boost jumped. The service engine light does not come on. Radio clock stays on. over head dome light does not shut off. Can any one help, Is is the computer????
