Help needed

First, thanks for looking at this post. I'm trying to help my dad with his '82 Regal. What are the decorative lights that are located on the outside of the B-pillars called? His need to be replaced and it's a real pain trying to find something that you don't know the correct name for. Also if anyone knows of a good place to order them online, please let me know.
