us and jdm spec accords

is the us and the jdm spec accords the same in like chassis and shit. cuz in www.takakaira.com they sell the lower arm bar for the accord model 93.9~-97.8~. and i was just wondering if they are the same cuz i wanna buy the lower are bar from them.

the chassis shoud be the same so yes thet should fit...
