turbo:what gives

it is specific and non-specific at the same time, i have an a4 1.8t with a honey-well garrett gt30rr dual ball bearing, and i was caught in traffic the other day for about twenty mins and when i got out she boosted normal, and as soon as i got off it she wouldn't boost agian. it has been 3 days now and i dnt know what gives. i get a 1/2lb. of boost and it make all sorts of noises nothing is leaking but it whines so much and sounds like sort of like a high pitch buzzing, the harder i push the throttle the harder my engine works. the wheel spins freely and there is no shaft ply what gives please help.
