1993 Caravan- radio not working

I just got this van and the fuse for the radio was blown when I got it. Replaced the fuse and it was fine for a week or so and now it quit working, but the fuse is still good. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance...

Is it a factory radio or has the radio already been replaced?
