Car Starting To Suck~~!!!!

when i shut my car off it chugs some like its still wanting to run. After a couple seconds it finally shuts off. As this is happening the speedometer and the tach jump and some of the cluster lights fade out. plugs and wires are new.

Just had to replace cat converter and now a o2 sensor is bad. Dont know if this would have anything to do with it.:banghead:

Your car is dieseling. More than likely, your timing is off. What yr make and model? engine?

its a 96 with a 3.1
