1994 Continental cutting off problem

I replace my Vaccum T and all the rubber hoses because it was the cause of my car not coming on......It will just making a clicking sound............Now the car comes on but, the engine is knocking very bad but, the car may only run for 30-120 second then it cuts off.........I wanted to know if that could be the engine
