Driver side window

I have a 95 geo metro with some window problems.
when i roll the wendow all the way up the window goes up about a half and inch to hight and goes off the track towards the top.
it also seems to not roll up even one side faster then the other.

i to the inside door panel off and im ready to start working on it but where di i start.

I used the link provided and did the repair to my passenger side window, which by the way was all bent out of place and one of the glides was out of the track, and now i have a operating window just used a vice to squeez the tracks back into shape.
