drinking straw exhaust alternative

just a thought but couldnt you use heat-shrink tubing to make a custom exhaust. the cool thing with heat-shrink tubing is that you can control the size yourself.

someone try it and tell me if it works ;)

i think he means the 'tubes' you use when sealing up wires and such... you place them around open wires that you just joined and then you heat it up with a lighter and it shrinks and seals to the wire... atleast thats what i think he's talking about. However i don't see how these would prove to be very good exhaust alternatives

Just use empty bullet shells, ever heard the term "time is money", don't wast time making an exaust out of straws, go to an ammunition store and buy epty bullet shells, I'VE HEARD that they cost around 50 cents each.

The problem with heat shrink tubing is that it does not have a solid shape. It is more flexible than a drinking straw. It also is not a perfect circle...ever. So unless you want a melted looking exhaust this method won't work very well.

The bullet shell idea is good, and you can probably find some that are in good condition and have a shiny metal coating.
