Yo sup everyone im sure u get this all the time but im new here so go easy on me.

im not a big forum goer as a matter of fact this is my first one that ive registered to.

I just bought an 02 Lancer OZ Rally and when i saw it and drove it i was in love. This car has made me want to know more about cars than it goes fast. So im here asking for general car info and Lancer specific info. if there are post that already have like new car enthusiast info i would be grateful if someone would give me a link.

Also, im from Spring, TX so give me a holla if anything mitsubishi related is goin down in my area.

Almost forgot im trying to make my little 4 cylinder in to a monster so im trying to mod as best i can right now. I just got my Short ram intake i from BOMZ racing. Im thinking iridium spark plugs next and the a new exhaust. I was wondering what are headers and how can changing them increase performance?

If we actually had people come in here once in a while rather than be referred to another website, then perhaps we could actually have some good discussions and threads in here... well since the only person to respond was a guy telling me to go somewher else ill keep talking to myself. I just put in iridium spark plugs and i think they are doing something but i cant really tell. i idle around 1k rpm, i dont know if thats good or bad but i feel more low end torque so i guess it was worth the 87 dollars i paid to have them installed since im too newb to do it my self.

Adding a header and full exhaust on the car will add to your bottom end torque and you will notice a little more power out of it.

is there any particular brand of header or exhaust that you would recommend.

but yeah, go with.....HEI (Headers, Exhaust System, Intake)

I meant like what brand of exhaust can i get that will add to low end.

Not sure about the brands, get something that's about 2.5" wide tubing. Don't go to anything over that as you may loose pressure.
