Recently i decided i want to put some rally style rims on my car. I know somebody with 15'' rims but i do not know where i should get some QUALITY trim rings and caps. Does anybody know where to get these and how much it might cost?

I picked up my rims at one of those self serve salvage yards off a 79 buick lesabre for about 70 bucks, they are also 15 inch as well. if i remember correctly, and if you dont have an estate wagon, our bolt patterns are 4.75

I got my Corvette style rally's off of a '77 Monte Carlo on eBay. Trim rings, centers and all for $180.

my first choice

my second choice

an interesting note: the wheels on the 94 caprice above are NOT the 9c1 wheels. this person took the boring stock steel spare rim and modified it to take the bolt on center cap

You can modify the stock wheels to take those center caps - all you need is a 1/4" drill bit to drill the 3 holes for the bolts. The beauty rings you can get off of any car, more or less.
True 9C1 wheels are only in the 5-on-5" arrangement, they won't fit a stock '83 (which has 5-on-4.75").
Ditto for the Truck Rallye's which look like the 9C1 wheels but have smaller 'slots' for vent holes (vs. the 9C1 wheels and their large, round vent holes).
My car uses NASCAR style steel wheels. Cragar 342s to be exact. These can be had in the 5-on-4.75" pattern and cost about $45 each, new.
