Wiring Power Mirrors

OK here's the deal...I have two power mirrors and the control switch.
The switch takes a seven pronged plug which i dont have(toyota said i would have to buy complete wire harnes $1,900..) Now I know which
prong is Pos and which is Neg...i have tried many combinations but I
can not get the mirrors to switch polarity...like I can get them to go up
but not down...in but not out...anybody have any idea how to wire them??

sounds like a big job and someting i would never get myself into. ASk toyota about it.
