What is a 323 si?
The first thing I thought of was a BMW 323is (E36). In that case, there is not a "323is" persay, but there is both an E36 M3 and an E36 318 (made by Dragon). In which you can use the interior from the M3 and the body from the 318 to maintain the original bumpers a 323is has.

What bodystyle, or year, are you looking for?

I believe Hasegawa made E36 318i that you can modify if E36 is what you are after.

Tamiya has a full-detail e36 as well, though they're pretty expensive on EvilBay.
