Torque Converter Lock-up

93 Accord LX, Auto/A/c and 133k mi. Trans seems to shift a little late and when traveling around 60mph Torque Converter is locked up only if you give it gas, If you stabilize speed at 60mph it seems like the torque converter unlocks and RPMs go up to 2.6k or so, give it just a little gas and RPMs drop to 2.3k.

Any thoughts ?

That's really odd. Wouldn't surprise me if the TCU was the cause, though...
