83' 528e shaking in front end when turning

i have a 1983 BMW 528e and i am experianceing shakeing in the front end but only when turning right. also if im turning right and hit a bump my car shakes almost uncontrolably for a couple seconds until i straighten it out? please help it would be appreciated.

Worn ball joint or CV axle, also the inside and outside wheel bearings are going to be worn to shit now so you'll need to replace those, and check the tightness on your lugnuts on the wheel as that could be loose as well now.
