I have a 94 1500 that stalls. It usually happens when the a/c is on and it's hot outside. The truck also seems to have a rough idle. I read a couple of threads about this before but I never got the answer to the problem. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

I had the same issue on my 94 1500 with a 350 ci. I spent a lot of money at the dealer and they gave up. It turned out to be something in the distributor. I say this because I ended up going to the "Auto Recycling Yard" aka junk yard and bought a used distributor and replaced it. It's been about 6 months and the problem hasn't returned. Good Luck.

Long story short...we have a '94 Suburban. Kept stalling. New fuel pump/filter installed, No dice.
Finally had a mechanic who KNEW what he was doing look at it.
He replaced the coil and replaced all the spark plugs. It runs fine now!

Check for spark and fuel pressure when it dies. Any codes?
