1999 olds intri 3.8 wont start

my 99 olds intrigue 3.8 liter v6 wont crank over. I bought 3 different starters installed them thinking maby i got a bad one. well when i turn the key all i get is the hmmm from the fuel pump and one click from starter. I check all my connections, all seemed to be fine i cleaned them anyway. had battery checked that was good. I used a screw driver and jumped the celenoid on the starter from positive to small terminal turned the key and the engine cranked over but i blew the starter fuse. I put new one in. What does this mean. what else could be wrong. Its not the starter(i put new one in) its not the battery. its not the connections and its not the grounds. Im stumped any suggestions. i would appreciate anything and all ideas here. thanks josh.

I believe there is a "crank" fuse, or a "crank" relay of some kind that you might want to check, or at least swap out temporarily with one known to be good.
