bleeder screw?

My 96 3.8 auto caravan seems too have an air lock. After starting the van it only takes about 2 minutes for the temp to reach half way. Then the fans keep cycling on and off constantly. Is there a bleeder screw that I am missing somewhere? Also there is a constant chirping noise coming from the front drivers side of the van. Any guesses ? Thanks.
