95 mustang GT codes...running rough

Have a '95 GT. Check eng light comes on and goes off. It's on more than it's off. Runs fine when the light's not on. Runs rough, stalls on take off when the light is on. Checked codes, got w/ eng off: 57,58,81
eng on 59
57 axod circuit failure
58 idle tracking switch circuit fault
59 automatic transmission shift error...
81 map sensor has not charged normally
any ideas what one of these could cause the problems I'm having?
What's an axod circuit?

Out of all the codes, one for MAP sensor would worry me most.
